EE looking masculine?

This is the suspect, and he’s recently started doing the chest bump, wing flapping display with a bigger hen. The last picture is his sister for a contrast. I posted the picture prior and everyone thought pullet, but he(?) has diverged from what sister looks like so much in the last three weeks. Are EE pullets able to have a tail like this?

Some of my ee hens have similiar tails. You'll know for sure if your ee starts to grow and the feathers start to become shiny and irridescent. The feathers aren't pointed on the back like a roo's either.
