EE mix? Pullet or Cockeral?

I got these two chicks from a lical feed store a few weeks ago. We believe they should be about 5 or 6 weeks old. We were told the RIR is a pullet and the EE (which they tried to tell me was an americauna) was sex unknown. I'm very new to this breed. Always had RIR chicks and the cockerals started to show themselves at this age. This one is a mystery to me tho and it is so skitish that ive had a hard time hokding it still to look it over. What do you all think? Is it an EE or EE mix and what sex?

Thank you! Can you tell me why you think its a cockeral? I've been trying to learn all I can I identifying the signs. Its so less aggressive than my RIR chicks and chickens so I can't tell by its behavior.
