EE,Olive, or?

Ok I have 2 EE hens and one EE in my flocks we recently (in the last 2 days moved a bunch of our hens into a different coup for unfertilized eggs before that they where with the EE roo leaveing my EE hens with the roo .we got them from murry mcmurry as day olds .in the new coup we have silver lace,bar rock,nhr,there are 2 hens that im not sure about but neither look like EE no tuffts ect but someone is laying a blue egg im very confused.now my question is this can a brown egg hen lay blue color if she breeds a EE roo or dos she need to have some EE blood in her

EEs don't always have tuffs and beards. 2 of mine do and 2 don't. I get 3 green and 1 brown eggs out of them. What color shanks do they have? If they're green, they're EEs. A hen lays the same color egg her entire life. The blue egg is a bonus. One of the mystery hens is laying it.
