Is this an EE or Ameraucana?

I got it from a chicken breeder who works on a chicken farm. It was in a pen with several others of the same breed.

What is a true sign of an Ameraucana? Rather than a half, or EE?

when u upload...........hit resize to the largest setting. then copy past image code............i am blind but i can't tell her coloring. i must add..............i am blind! lol, not really but...
