Like lovinlife said, an EE is a mix breed chicken with one of the parents being a blue/green egg layer, the other ???? So your chicken could take after either parent in looks or size. I had 3 EE, and they were all different. You can have standard or large fowl EE or Bantam EE's. The eggs you get from these can be blue, green, pink, tan, brown, cream,...as varied as their looks! I got 2 bird laying blue/green eggs and one that laid cream colored eggs, all purchased from a farmer who got them from Cackle Hatchery.
