EE: Pullet or Roo (12 wks old)

Not quite sure about this one. "She" is bigger than the other pullets by about a half pound and 1.5" at the shoulder. The tail feathers used to be full and had almost a half sickle on the end but about a week ago she started to lose those tail feathers and has started to regrow new ones. (Is this normal? None of my other girls are losing their tail feathers.)

Is this a she or do I need to start looking for a new home for it?

Looks to be a pullet, and isnt showing the usual EE roo colors, but is displaying colors typically seen in females (the back half, anyway!)

But I could be wrong.
