EE pullet or roo?

OK, a few of you were right on with our former EE, Stella, now Steve. We had to rehome Steve and we just got another EE chick tonight. I am very wary of our last experience so I am looking to the experts to verify if our new pullet, Gertie, is truly a pullet. She is supposed to be 11 weeks old and she is faster than a roadrunner. meep-meep!
