EE- roo or hen

Thanks everyone.

Loreen that black headed bird is gorgeous. At first glance I would have said roo so that makes me feel better... guess we are in the same boat. How old are your gals now?
With the red comb for a few weeks here, I should be expecting some eggs soon.. right?

It's a girl! And I must say Loreen -- your Rosie looks almost identical to my Penelope.

100% pullet coloration. That comb says that you should be getting eggs within the next month! Watch for her raising a racket, trying out the nesting box, and squatting.

Grats, she's a beauty!
