EE Rooster or Hen?

I'm leaning towards rooster, the lady I got it from gave it to me for free, but she didn't know if it was a male or female. And does anybody has had a chick with similar color? If so, could you post pictures of how he or she feathered out?

i have and EE that could pass for that ones twin sister and they look about the same age

Oh btw I should've clarified, the white and black chick is the one I'm trying to find the sex of, the red/brown one I do believe is a Welsummer pullet and the one behind the white and black I believe is a Pullet EE. Anyways here are more pictures of the white and black EE in doubt.
