EE, sapphire gems or BCM

I’m looking to add a couple hens to my flock which breeds are preferred?! I have a SLO rooster and a EE rooster.

I think it depends on what you are wanting from the hens.

BCM are gorgeous in my opinion and lay dark eggs.
EE are each a bit different and lay colored eggs.
Sapphire Gems are very pretty too....I am not to familiar with them though.
