I have a 10 week old EE pullet bought from TSC. Amongst a flock of EE, orpingtons and australorp.

Went to let her out and she would not stand. Do I picked her up and she was limp. I checked her butt and had a nugget of poop stuck to feathers about an inch from her vent. Otherwise vent looked fine. Cleaned her then set her down. She would not stand at first but then managed to however she walked funny, like she was on hot coals or something. Her feet look fine though.
This is the first I have noticed above symptoms however yesterday she as a bit ruffled and would walk funny sometimes. Also opens her beak a lot in the heat like she is panting?
No other birds have any symptoms whatsoever.
No sign of attack or injury.
Lately I have started giving them scrap lettuce and a few scrap sweet peppers? Also transitioned to a new rentacoop pvc type feeder. Not sure if she could be clogged up from the lettuce or if she hasn't worked out the new feeder as well as the others?
They are fed a blend of non gmo starter crumbles 20% protein, 16% layer crumbles and non gmo scratch. Also supplied with chick grit.
Apart from poop nugget stuck on her all else seems normal. is not isolated so it's hard to tell.
No treatment yet but planning electrolyte water and maybe worming. They have ACV in water at all times.
Plan on attempting to treat at home will dispatch if we cannot resolve her problems.
Bedding is pine shavings in hen house and pine nuggets in base of coop.

Attached a pic of her from last week. A pic led down in coop and one of the coop.

Sorry about your ailing pullet. I would give some electrolyte water with vitamins. Offer some feed mixed with water into a mash, some scrambled egg bits, tuna, or canned cat food to get her eating. I would sprinkle extra water on the food to get more fluids into her. Do you know if she was vaccinated for Mareks disease? Dehydration or not getting enough to eat might be possible, but at her age, I worry about Mareks disease. I hope it is not that. She would be best in a basket or dog crate with food and water close to her.

She was bought as a day old from TSC as far as I'm aware she was unvaccinated and since we have a small flock we did not vaccinate.

Thank you for the insight. Having looked at the symptoms it could be mareks but I'm not fully convinced. I've treated with electrolyte water and corrid as well as a b vitamin solution, all of which I drip fed with a syringe. We saw slight improvement, in that she stood up a little and eventually ate some chick starter mash which I had also added a drop of the b vitamin solution too. Still looking a little worse for wear as we head into the night. We will see where she is at and repeat in the morning. Next thought is to worm her, if only I can get my hands on dewormer!

Vitamins should not be given while treating with Corid, since it works by mimicing thiamine. How long ago did you treat with Corid, electrolytes and B vitamins—was that just today or this evening? I would clean off the poop from the vent. Is she having solid or runny poops at this time?
