My neighbors threw a similar colored hen over the fence last fall

She had a bad matted butt so I threw her back and talked to them about quarantine. I thought she looked like a new hamp mixed with easter egger. Your hen had more striking black markings than that one did. My guess is she had an ee parent and maybe something colombian colored as the other parent. Nice mixed breed hen who sounds like a great layer!
