EEEK!!! Ok, chick starting to hatch,but not sure what to do now!!!

I just went in and checked on my broody girl, and one of the eggs has a little beak sticking out

It hasn't changes with in the last hour or so, but I do hear peeping. What should I watch for, and how do I know if anybody needs help?? Here's a pic... not the best, but all I could do with my camera

just leave it be...dont "help" momma will do her job...

Don't help ..but DO be careful of ants taking over..I had that problem with my ducks nest. If you see any or even for preventative...use lime or DE in the nest.

Sometimes watching a good movie will help the time go by.

I have been an interferring type during this last hatch, but I have vowed to take a backseat to the broody in the future.
I think once the chick has its beak out, it can breath so it is fine like that for a long time. I think 12 to 24 hrs.
