Yeah, itsreally too early to tell. However, I'm going to say the one in the second pic (chick no. 1) is a hen. When they get older you can tell because the hens will have a basically non-existant comb and the males will have a regular looking comb.

My EE roos have pea combs, not single combs. They get much redder than the hens, way faster. I'd say you can be able to tell within a few weeks (2-3).
 
I'd say #1 is a hen, and #2 is a rooster. Not sure though. I'm just looking at comb size mostly, but both might be hens.

#2 has a pretty big tail.
My EE boys' tails feathered in later than the girls'. Also with the pea comb, which most but not all EEs have, the girls have one row of bumps and the boys will have three little ridges of bumps. My boys didn't pink up until 2-3 months but had the little ridges start popping out at about six weeks.
