Egg binding?

Wh have a chicken who has 2 big lumps 1 under the vent and one too the lower left a bit more downward. She's been pretty absent from the flok for a while now but 2 days ago she started that wierd penguin walk and we thought it was egg binding. Fast forward to now we have given many warm water baths, massages, scrambled egg with crushed eggshell, and dried worms. She stil poops, drinks and eats. She has also been staying with us inside the house since then. Is this actually egg binding or something else. We have no vet because it's hard for that where we're from. She's 2.5 years old.
