. I couldn't see why nature would have those poor chicks die, so I gave them a helping hand. I literally can't leave animals alone, especially if they need help lol. Apart from the owlets, I've raised two grey partridge chicks, a magpie, a litter of voles, an emu, and I've got eight red-legged partridge eggs in the inky at the moment. I swear that orphaned animals flock towards me because they know I won't be able to leave them
