1.5 year old RIR has been standing in the laying box very calmly for 2 days. Epsom salt bath and internal exam to no avail.

This morning checked on her and did another exam to feel for an egg. Nothing solid, this discharge came out. Looks like egg white and yolk to me but I might be overthinking it?

Her comb is red and she isn't lethargic. I'm hoping there's something I can do if this is internal laying. 4th year chicken keeper and first time I've come across this. Experienced keeper advice needed.

I would start her on extra Calcium asap.

Walmart, CVS, etc. have Calcium Citrate+D3 in the vitamin aisle. Give her 1 300mg Calcium Citrate+D3 tablet now, then once daily for 5-7days.

See if this helps her expel an egg or something like lash material.

Work on hydration, she does need to be drinking. You can give a little sugar water or electrolytes. Normal feed is fine.

Have you noticed any lash eggs? Does she have any yellowish discharge, besides what's shown in the picture, that is collecting around her vent? Is there any swelling in her stomach under her vent? Keep posting all pics of her poop.
