Another thing you can do to insure this doesn't occur again is to give these birds time on the ground on a regular basis. Besides sunlight for absorption of vitamin D which helps absorption of calcium, exercise in the form of running around on the ground will help improve calcium absorption.

Zena is now Acting totally normal. Still separated from flock but tame Blackie girl stays with her at night and they huddle together.
