EGG BOUND CHICKEN?? PLEASE HELP ME

I noticed earlier that my chicken wasn't moving at all, or eating. She stand up as straight as she can with her tail touching the ground. I thought maybe she was egg bound but I couldn't feel anything inside of her! PLEASE HELP
