Egg bound chicken

i have a chicken that keeps getting egg bound i helped her pass an egg as big as the parm of my hand she is ok but is there anything i can do to stop her getting egg bound.

What are you feeding her? Sometimes nutritional changes can help prevent it from happening again

Try upping her calcium intake. I have one who needs extra or she has problems as well. I feed her egg shells crushed, cheese and sometimes cottage cheese to help. As long as I give her the extra all is well.
