So my pullet just started laying early this month. The last week or so I have gathered 2 double yolkers, not sure if they're from her or not. However, all day she has been kinda standing around acting "off" at first I thought it was all the rain. But now the rain had stopped so I checked on her. She did have some poop stuck to her back end I cleaned off and she had a gross watery one all over my hand immediately. Gave her some space. She's still standing there in the same spot straining. I will attach photos. Could she be egg bound?

Update!!!
She got it out, but there is no she'll it's all jelly. Could it just be because she's so new to laying or maybe needs more calcium? They're on layer feed.

Do you have any pictures?
Calcium and Vitamin D deficiencies can cause problems like that, being a new layer I believe some of them can also run into those issues from not being fully developed. If you have one laying double yolks on a regular basis that can also be an issue since things aren't getting paced out correctly...

I just added photos. She's also drinking a ton of water today I noticed. Maybe dehydrated? I will pick up some oyster shells and electrolyte mix at the feed store tomorrow just to play on the safe side. But, She's only been laying for about 3 weeks now.

Try getting calcium citrate with D3 human tablets and feeding them to her by popping them inside her beak or hiding them in a treat. Make sure your layer feed is at least 17% protein.

They eat Nutrena nature wise 16% protein. Should I switch to something higher maybe? And thank you I will try those!

Good advice from @Stravager .
Definitely do the calcium citrate +D3, give it once a day for a couple weeks or so and see if it helps. Make sure it has at least 500mg of calcium.
