Egg bound....HELP!

I know that this has been beat to death and I did do a search but it wasn't definite enough for me. I have a RIR, 8 months old, egg production has been down to 3 eggs a day out of 6 girls but I attributed it to lack of light in the coop since its winter time here. I noticed yesterday that she was missing some bum feathers and the area was a bit red. Today, it has a lump now. I picked her up, she was mad and felt around. It feels like an egg up near her leg? Good grief, what do I do?

I have no experience with laying problems, but there seems to be a consensus here about warm baths being a good first step. Good luck. Thank you for taking good care of your chicken.

as Alethea said give her a warm bath and massage her abdomen untill she passes the egg. usuly that works and if not its a first step to relaxing her.
