Egg bound hen, weird findings

Hi I've had an isa brown hen who is showing signs of eggbound. Checking the coop today I found who looks like a yolk and something I thought was slugs but looks like a tumor maybe aninfected egg?.was hoping I can get some opinions.thanks

That looks like lash egg material, common in hens with salpingitis, an inflammation of the oviduct. She may have more or actually be egg bound. You could try giving her a human calcium tablet or Tums orally in the back of her throat, and feed a bit of cooked egg. In early salpingitis, an antibiotic such as amoxicillin (Aqua Mox available online) can be given to help fight infection. Here is some info about salpingitis and lash eggs:
