Egg bound hen

Please provide some photos - poop and hen?
Is she able to poop at all?
How old is she?
Is she lethargic, bloated/swollen?
Feel inside her vent about 1-2" for an egg.

She passed a soft shelled egg, then and egg with no shell - does she have egg yolk/albumen leaking from the vent or was the shell less egg intact?

The shelless egg was intact and there was some yolk beside it...she seemed better this evening, I 'll keep watching her...

So just to update, I think the main problem for the hen was the soft shell egg the first day. Yesterday evening she was better and today she was again herself completely. Thanks everybody for help and suggestions
