A few days ago my chicken seemed lethargic and disinterested in food so I stayed and watched her for a while, she kept straining and produced some faeces that looked sticky, basically the consistency and texture of an egg. Then she laid a completely shell less egg and she seemed fine for a few days.
Then today she seemed lethargic again and stayed in her next box for a while, she then wondered around the garden and seemed better but still not herself. I've seen her eat but again her appetite isn't how it usually is.
She has sticky faeces underneath her vent, which again looks the consistency of an egg. I tried feeling underneath her, much to her annoyance, but couldn't feel anything out of the ordinary.
Any ideas?
