Egg bound? Not sure

My chicken has had this lump and I think she’s egg bound but I’m still pretty new to chickens. It has been like this for about 10 days, if anyone could please help or let me know what to do. It has gotten bigger in the last 24 hours. Right before the picture was taken, I soaked her with warm epsom salt water for 20 minutes. I had also stuck my finger in with Vaseline and I couldn’t push too far in.

I’m not sure if it getting worse means it’s coming out or if it is getting better.

I'm not clear on the 'lump'. Is her abdomen bloated? Is it very hard, or does it feel water balloon like? That's what it looks like to me. Compare with another bird if you aren't sure.
How old is she? Do you know when she last laid? What do droppings look like?
An egg bound bird will not live 10 days. A truly egg bound bird cannot pass droppings either and will die quicker than that if it's not resolved.
