I had 2 hens given to me from my neighbor. Her chickens ran the fence line with mine so they were already aquatinted and had been around each other. We kept the ladies in the coop for about a week before letting them free range with our flock. Yesterday, I found one in the nesting box limp Amd lethargic. Neck limp, couldn’t stand, falling over, wings dangling.
I put her in warm water (incase egg bound) and ordered Corid after a little research. I gave her poultry nutri-drench and Mixed up the cord and by syringe gave her the water for that and left them in a bowl and isolated her for the night. This morning she seemed like she was up and Adam a little better and just now this afternoon she laid an egg. The egg which is much lighter in color than her normal eggs. Almost white – and her eggs are typically dark brown. Is she sick? Was she egg bound? I have no idea what’s going on! I don’t want to add her back to the flock if she does have an illness!

I would not mix the Nutri-Drench with the Corid, there's a possible contraindication there.

Corid dose is 1 1/2 tsp powder or 2 tsp liquid per gallon of water given for 5-7 days as the only source of drinking water.

Work on hydration and her eating a nutritionally balance poultry feed. Offer oyster shell free choice. For this Gal, I would also give her 1 Calcium tablet (like Caltrate with D3) once a day for 3-5 days.
She may have been having a problem laying her egg since she's acting much better. Unless you have a specialty breed all eggs are white and coloring (dye) is applied in the shell gland. Sometimes there's as glitch and not enough pigment is applied. Stress of being in a new flock can also cause some glitches. I realize these ran the fence line with your flock, but it's a different ballgame actually "living" in the same space. Stress.

Watch to see that she's not being kept from food and water. Keep a close eye on her for a couple of days. If she's not getting picked at, I would leave her with the flock. She's already been around the others.
