Egg bound? Or something else?

I was wondering, does anyone have an example of what an egg bound hen looks like, and how to treat it? I noticed this morning one of my hens (Golden Wyandotte, just turned 1yr) was waddling/limping a bit. So I picked her up to examine her, and under her vent she has quite a few feathers missing, now her entire belly, and pretty much her entire bottom is red and swollen and enlarged, and it feels like a balloon almost. It is kinda...squishy I guess... Does this sound like egg bound? Or something else? I'm so confused.

No advice, but posting pictures is usually better, so that the experts here can clearly see what's happening.
