Egg bound or vent gleet?

I don't know what else to do now. I've bathed her, examined vent (found nothing) , tried to give water (with corrid) and food (can't tell she's touched anything) and applied antifungal cream. Bottom looks worse today. All she is doing is sitting and looking labored and miserable. 2 year old Barred Rock. She's separated from our other 2 and they are fine and acting normal. Please help and advise.

UPDATE! Coming out for meal worms on her own and drinking or regular water. Here's a pic of bottom area. Again... please help!
