That's expensive for testing! If she has never been wormed, that may be a good idea.
You have Fenbendazole paste like pictured below? If you do, then you can use that. Dose is .23ml per pound of weight given orally for 5 days. Get some small needleless syringes and draw up the paste, then syringe it directly into her like this

I would watch her for several days, hopefully she is going to be o.k. but I worry that she may be having some problems with laying. I would still give her extra calcium for a week too.

Thanks! Yes that's the paste I have. I have weighed her (on my food scale! ><) and administered it. It's not necessarily $80 for the testing but the tech said they won't release the results or prescribe medication without seeing the bird, so ... somewhat prohibitive in this case. Heading out for calcium now though she did nibble on some egg shells.
Also edited to say everyone was dewormed in early September but we’ve had practically a solid year of rain so ...
