Egg bound?! PLEASE HELP!!

We unfortunately do not have the money to afford a vet for another animal. Plus there are no vets nearby that treat chickens. :(
I understand. Do you have a friend or family member that can help you figure out if she has an egg stuck inside her vent and/or help you get some calcium into her?
Sometimes there's a soft shelled egg and they are just having a hard time expelling the egg so the Calcium can help them push better.

i dont know, but i can ask my neighbor, Cody. maybe she knows something. shes been in 4H for a few years with chickens.

How is your hen doing?
Here’s the update:
She pooped a little bit finally this morning. She has been drinking, but not eating. Her poop was green though, and her butt is covered in gross white watery poop. I might have to hand feed her with a seringe. Something really weird was that she laid an egg..... the size of a pea, with a super soft shell. I watched it happen. We will give her an epsom salt bath tomorrow morning.

Did you happen to get a photo of the egg?

Cleaning her up would be good. If you get a chance, try to get some photos of her poop too.
Drinking is good. I would see if she'll eat a little wet soupy feed. Get some calcium into her and if you have a poultry vitamin, give her a direct dose.
Sometimes with hens that are having reproductive difficulties all you can do is try to keep them comfortable and see how it goes.

Ok I’ll see this morning. The problem was the egg popped when I picked it up... just white, no yolk.
