Egg bound/prolapse?!

I have a chicken that is either prolapsed or egg bound. She stopped laying for awhile and now it’s like this maybe once a week. She does really good for a bit and then we go through this again. I’m not totally sure why it keeps happening.. she will have clearish white mucus string hanging, puffed up, not really walking, belly super red, missing feathers (I believe her and another hen possibly picked them), won’t really eat and drink. In the beginning, she still ate and drank and it would fall off on its own. Now, it’s practically wiping her out. We always do a soak and she’s good.
Today, she came out of the coop rough. I’ve soaked her twice and got a big chunk out of her. I’ve got her in a crate with electrolyte water, she will eat sometimes but not really drink. She’s using the bathroom but it’s really white liquid (like what she had coming out of her but not string form)

We offer calcium 24/7 as well. After the 2nd soak and a big chunk came out, she wagged her tail and started eating. Now she’s back to just laying there, eating slightly, but still pretty sluggish. Below is a picture of her puffed up and her poop.
I’m not sure what else to do besides the soaks and helping her pass it.

Can you get a picture over her back end? There's a difference between prolapse, & Egg Binding.
