Egg bound? Sour crop? Not sure

I don’t really feel anything just all bones to be honest. What type of calcium can I give her? This really took affect a few days ago, so I treated the lice first, bathed her all up, clipped her feathers around the vent to keep the diarrhea from accumulating, put Monistat 3 all around her vent. Water, apple cider vinegar, and been hand feeding scrambled egg with tiny syringes of yogurt in between. But no too much yogurt because I don’t want to give her diarrhea from that as well. Been trying to rotate it.
Try cutting out the apple cider vinegar and give her a little bit of sugar water.
Scrambled egg is good. You can also try wetting down her normal feed and making it into a mash.

She just had her morning breakfast of scrambled eggs and yogurt. But now she is in this posture. Any ideas?

That big bulge is her crop. Looks like it's full and hard. It may be impacted. Was it empty this morning before you fed her?

Hopefully one of the educators tagged will help

Everything was empty this morning. The only other thing I’ve noticed is right after her middle breast bone, on her abdomen seems a little heavy or full. Not sure what that could be, or if it’s anything at all. I tried massaging it almost as if to stimulate her body to pass an egg or poop and she seemed uncomfortable and didn’t want to be bothered. I’m just stuck on what to do or how to treat it, or if it’s even treatable.

I agree it looks like a big full crop, but it looks like it might on her left side. How does it feel? Has it ever felt like air? Her lower belly may be enlarged due to water belly. That can be common with EYP. The yellow and green droppings look typical of egg yolk peritonitis. Hens with internal laying/EYP/water belly can have a very slow crop that can become sour crop. For her crop issue, I would give the Monistat orally 1/2 inch twice a day. She needs some nutrition.Tomorrow I would give her an ounce of chicken feed in a lot of water, and a bit of egg as well.Does she have a cess to grit? Has she been wormed recently? Here is a good article on crop problems:

Its hard to the touch and when I feel on it she extends her neck and body and it disappears. Not sure if its impacted food or full of air like you suggested. When you say the Monistat orally do I feed it to her? Or put inside her vent and inject it. I have Monistat 3 if that helps.

You feed the Monistat orally for sour crop. It is an anti-fungal medicine similar to Nystatin. It can be applied to the skin as well for vent gleet.
Ok I’ll let her relax for a little bit and give her 1/2 inch like you said. Then repeat it late afternoon when I give her dinner.
