It sounds more like she may be molting, and could be suffering from a reproductive disorder and ascites (water belly.) In one of your posts you posted a picture of her. Here it is:

how can she be molting? shes only a year old. im depressed and sad. i dont wanna lose her. what do i do? please help me

You said that she was born in May of 2020. Most chickens molt the first time around 18 months of age and then once a year thereafter. She has some feather loss, and that looks like molting. Most hens stop laying during a molt. I would try to give her supportive care, offering food and water. Molting hens may be standoffish and not eat as well. They lie around resting. I would try to determine if she is just molting, or sick. Pictures of poops may be helpful. If she has a swollen lower belly with fluid, sometimes it can be drained off with a needle to ease the pressure. Here is a video about draining:

thank u so much anything helps! her poop is very runny. she squirts everytime she poos. she just started her antibiotic treatment today. maybe ur right it might be fluid. it bothers her everytime i try to massage or mess with her lower bottom near her vent she kicks and pecks at her feathers. i feel like im hurting her. but im gonna take a look at the video to see if this is whats going on. in the meantime is there any articles about molting? like can molting cause swollen bottoms? and cause lameness and stuff? she wont stand on her legs at all or even try to walk what so ever

we confirmed she has ascites. Water belly? Can antibiotics heal her? Thats what shes on. I just wanna make sure u seem more knowledgeable then most people
