You said that she was born in May of 2020. Most chickens molt the first time around 18 months of age and then once a year thereafter. She has some feather loss, and that looks like molting. Most hens stop laying during a molt. I would try to give her supportive care, offering food and water. Molting hens may be standoffish and not eat as well. They lie around resting. I would try to determine if she is just molting, or sick. Pictures of poops may be helpful. If she has a swollen lower belly with fluid, sometimes it can be drained off with a needle to ease the pressure. Here is a video about draining:
