Can anyone tell me what's wrong with my girl Celeste? 😢. She hasn't been her normal self today. Shes been standing up stiff and straight like she's in pain, and making grunting noises when she moves. what could it be? The only idea i possibly have is that shes egg bound :(

When did she last lay? What does she eat?

If that is your instinct, I'd give her calcium gluconate ASAP. You can get a liquid version, by Durvet (you can get this at TLC). Put 1ml over a treat, and let her gobble it down.
Alternatively, you can get a powdered calcium gluconate powder which is available in health stores and online. Use 1 tsp over a treat.

Does she have access to oyster shells?
Is there any abdominal swelling, feel her tummy very gently to check for any abnormalities.

Standing upright, almost like a penguin, constantly, can be a sign of EYP, although usually they would also hold their head close to their body too. In any case, if her symptoms persist after you've tried the calcium treatment, I'd take her to a vet to get a professional opinion.
