Egg Bound?

My Cuckoo Maran, Henrietta, is 6 years old. I thought maybe she might be egg bound, but now I'm not sure. We've given her 3 Epsom salt soaks since last night and no luck. Her abdomen is very enlarged; it's firm, but a little squishy. Her stance seems sort of egg bound like. I cannot feel an egg. I put some coconut oil on her vent. We gave her electrolytes via oral syringe. I cooked up an egg and mixed in some of the shell this morning and she had a couple bites. Last night I tried to crush up a Tums and sprinkled it on top of some yogurt and she had only a couple bites. She usually is very food motivated. I've also called 5 different vets in my very rural area, and no one will see her. I know she's old, but she's the leader of our flock, so she's essential. Any ideas?

She looks like a hen with salpingitis or egg yolk peritonitis, and could also have water belly. Masses of egg material can form inside the abdomen. They tend to walk with a wide stance, more upright and the tail is usually down. They may have yellow urates from bile in the dropping and those are usually white. I would try to make her comfortable keeping her with the other hens for comfort, offer foods she likes, and if she seems to be suffering or getting picked on, consider putting her down.
