Ok, I'll try that. BTW I think I see an egg, but I doesn't feel hard. Could It be one of those with no shell? Would pictures of her vent help?

Possibly it could be a shell-less egg. Those are a bit harder to push out then a regular egg. If you want to wait alittle longer before soaking, go ahead.

Calcium Citrate+D3 tablets should be in every keeper's chicken emergency kit, so I'd get them ASAP. But for now do you have TUMS or another calcium antacid?

Wouldn't hurt. Petroleum Jelly, Antibiotic Ointment(None Pain Relieving), or Olive Oil can be used.
