egg bound ???

so my EE hen has a huge but. it's swollen. it feels watery and tight. she has always been what I called depressed, lying around in the field sleeping away from the flock almost as she was just waiting for a predator to just pick her off.
I actually called her my emo chicken because of her "depressive" behavior. So i guess this problem has been there since the begining
I don't know she is egg bound or if it's a water mass in her but area. I think it's called ascites or something like that
is there anything I can do. I can't just watch her die
