Welcome! Have you built a coop yet?

Our home that we purchased about a year ago came with an Amish made coop. There are 7 nesting boxes and a small run. It's about 80 square feet all together. We plan on building plenty of perches to maximize the vertical space. I'll have to post pictures soon so you all can share ideas for optimizing!
