Egg candling help?

So I candled this egg today, after loosing all my other eggs because my incubator messed up. I saw veins 2 days ago, and when I candled today I saw a red blob about a centimetre in diameter. Is the egg alive or dead?
Sorry for the rubbish quality photo it's the best I could take.

Oh also the black dot in the centre is where I marked the egg.
