I was wondering if there are any good sources for how long eggs are good for ...and how to store them? My girls lay from 9:30-10:30 but one lays after that ? I have been told not to collect the eggs to soon because it prevents others from laying ...Ive also been instructed that you shouldn’t store the eggs in the fridge but also been told it’s to hot to store them in counter....anyone have a good article on this topic ? Much appreciated !

The eggs I wash I put in the fridge and the eggs I don't wash I keep in egg cartons or in my egg skelter on my counter. Eggs will last about a month without putting them in the fridge and a bit longer putting them in the fridge.

I pick up eggs whenever I see them. Fake eggs do a fine job of convincing chickens that a nesting spot is safe to use, without the risk of cracking or spoiling.

As long as an egg is unwashed you can refrigerate or not, it's up to you, but they'll last longer refrigerated.
