Im looking for a better way to save my quail eggs - er - store them. Would anyone know of a cheap yet effective carton/type thingy?

For Storing The Open Flats Are Great And You Can Use Them For Setting Eggs Or Up Right Hatching As Well As Shipping If Used Correctly

You can try ebay for "quail egg cartons" but they tend to be a little small for coturnix eggs. I found cardboard quail egg flats at my local Southern Agriculture store for .19 each. You have to pinch the parts that stick up to squash them a little so the eggs will fit. They work well, but can't be sterilized. Quail specific items tend to be hard to find.
