Hi! It's me, again! Today has been really awesome because I'm really close to fulfilling my first order for eggs, and because I just did a count of the eggs collected each day! I need one or two more Barred Rock eggs, and then I can sell the 3 dozen a lady ordered for hatching! It's kinda silly, but we've already gotten so many eggs and we don't use a lot of eggs often? Usually no more than 4-6 eggs on average, so I offered some up for sale so I can put the money towards Chicken Stuff (bc I am simple and it helps others that need eggs).

The thing that set that as a thing I'd do is the fact, as of today, I've already gotten 140 eggs and I still have 9 girls laying that haven't laid yet. 9 girls bc I got my first dozen in a day yesterday, and Latias is still healing, so still not laying yet.

It's silly, I guess? But it makes me really happy because my pretty, little piranhas are happy, healthy, and loving life right now and their eggs are showing it. So, in order to avoid accidental waste, I'll help others bc eggs are so expensive ($7 a dozen!!) and hatching chicks is a pleasure. Plus, depending on the person, they might share pictures of the chicks they hatch!

An exciting thing because my hubs has already informed me that we might not be hatching this year (or we might depending on certain factors), due to my bird allergies being hell on me. Ah, the irony of loving birds and being a Tender of the mini-dinosaurs yet being absolutely allergic to their dander.

Oh well, at least I get to keep them (and possibly pigeons in the future) as long as they aren't permanent inside birds.

😆Nice to see I'm not alone in the 'allergic-to-my-favorite-hobbies' craziness! We live in Virginia, and were informed when we arrived (military), "Welcome to Virginia! If you don't have seasonal allergies, you will by the time you leave!" 😷
Wonderful news on your eggs! Congratulations!🎉
