Egg cleaning

I know I saw this topic a while ago before I was getting eggs, but now I can't find it!

My hens aren 't going to the boxes yet-well starting now, and are laying them in the corners of the coop. Am I correct, do not wash the eggs until you use them?

You sure can do it that way. If I do have to wash one I put it in a certian container in the fridge that my family knows means EAT FIRST! Congrats on your first eggs!!
