I have four Easter eggers and I have been getting light green to olive green. While today I got a white one. It's really white not pale or light green. Picture below. The egg on the left is white in second picture ( pic makes it look pink) .

I love pictures of eggs. You have some beautiful ones. Sometimes mine will look a little "washed out" toward the end of the season. It would still be a lighter tiny though.
Are you positive that it came from one of your easter eggers? (It looks like the ones that my orpingtons and brahmas lay.)

I have 22 Australorps and 4 Easter Eggers. Today I received 4 green eggs. So I don't know why I got one white one. Scratches head

It came from one of your brown layers,
just a glitch in the coating(spray booth).

The very basics of egg color:
There are only white and blue shells.
Brown eggs have brown coating on white shells.
Green eggs have brown coating on blue shells.
The brown coating can be very light or very dark, and can vary day to day.
