If u have a chicken that lays blue eggs and u breed with a rooster of a different breed will that chicken still lay blue eggs.

Depends. If the rooster is a white egg laying breed, then the female chicks should lay blue eggs. If the rooster is a brown egg laying breed, then the female chicks should lay green eggs. This is, of course, assuming that the female chicks inherit the blue egg gene which is not a guarantee.
