egg color

As some of you more frequent forumites may have noticed, I just started getting eggs and have become a little annoying about learning everything that's going on.

So! Do I have a pink/purple egg? I was reading about egg color and different "coatings" if you will, the other day. Here's what I got today:

Would you call the one on the left pink? I have 2 EEs and one is laying green eggs, so probably this is from the other.

Yay! The middle one sometimes has white speckles and looks more brown. I guess I have a rainbow! Weeeeee!

Your eggs are so beautiful! How is it that the same "breed" of bird can produce such a range of colors?
