Of course, who she's bred with holds no influence in the color of her eggs, that's not how it works. If you hatch the eggs, the girls will have lighter eggs than their mother since they have daddy's white egg gene.

If you're asking about the offsprings eggs then no. Leghorns eggs genetics are white and can also include genes that further dilute the eggs, so assuming the EE hen only has one copy of the blue gene their daughters will have a 50/50 chance of laying a lighter green or cream or tan eggs. If she happens to have two copies then all daughters will lay lighter shades of greens but not olive.
If you want to continue to breed more olive layers you need to use a rooster that has dark egg genetics such as a Marans, Penedesencas or Welsummer and Barnevelder that comes from dark egg lines, but even then only half of the daughters might lay a coloured egg and the other half brown
