I have mostly all just common ole brown egg laying hens. If I put a Creme Legbar rooster with them will the offspring lay olive eggs? I’m assuming brown x blue would make green??

Olive Eggers are crossing a blue egg layer with a dark brown egg layer. Crossing a blue egg layer with a brown egg layer will get you a green egg layer. With the shade depending on how dark the brown egg layer is. And just an FYI, some cream legbars lay a greenish egg, not true blue. I know there are some hatcheries that have bred a true blue egg breed. Ameraucana and Araucana are other blue options as well.
