What color of eggs should a white cochin lay and how often? She was hatched this spring, not sure of exact date.

Cochins lay small to medium eggs in a creamy tan to light brown color.

One article says: "They exhibit extremely persistent broodiness, are good mothers and are intense layers for short periods of time."
A different one says: "they can lay many eggs, but usually not for extended periods of time"

But another one says: "Cochin barely manages to lay a few eggs a week"
